We have over 20,000 sq ft of MUD-TRAKS available for rental, and the quantity is growing. All mats currently in rental stock are suitable for vehicles up to 60,000 lbs. in off-road environments. About 15% of that inventory is suitable for vehicles up to 100,000 lbs. in off-road situations. Typical users are environmental drillers, construction projects, contaminated soil recovery, special events, etc. Whether the need is to provide access into wetland areas or to protect lawns at Special Events, we have the equipment you need, for a few days or for several weeks.

Typical mats are 4' X 8' , a size that can be installed by men in the field. Depending on the project, roadways can be built as two separated tracks, a solid 12' wide roadway, a solid 16' wide roadway, or with our new 6' X 12' mats, a solid roadway 12' or 18' wide with minimal seams.

Now that MUD-TRAKS are available for large rental projects, the trend is toward bigger mats. Clients want to go further, with larger equipment. The new series of RoadTrak Mats are not limited by the ability of manpower to install them. RoadTrak mats are installed by machinery such as backhoes, skidsteers, mini-excavators, etc. New size; mats are 6' wide X 12' long, weigh 375 lbs. They come with Connectors and Lifting Hooks so they can be picked up by readily available construction equipment. Two men and a backhoe can install as many mats as 8 men, and the backhoe doesn't get tired. The new RoadTrak mats are extremely light weight compared to other available mat systems.
